BRAVE AND FAITHFUL K9
FRANKIE

A very sad and unexpected tragedy occurred on September 29, 2022. OCPD Sgt. Meagan Burke lost her life due to a motor vehicle accident. Sgt. Burke had served on the OCPD Police Department since May 2016. Meagan was only 31 years old. 

At the time, Sgt. Burke owned her very own Brave and Faithful K9. Her wish for Frankie's care in the event of the loss of her life was that Frankie be placed back in our care at Brave and Faithful K9. We sadly honored this wish and begin a search for a new forever home for Frankie.

It was July 12, 2023 and we were in an exciting week here at Brave and Faithful K9. Our dams were in season and our girl, Abraxas Seahawk, was on our schedule for a repeat breeding with our chosen sire who was in town for just such an occasion. Off to our vet for one final progesterone test for just the right timing to be successful in getting our next HOPEFUL PUPPIES
